Potato Casserole




*I usually cut this in half. A whole recipe is about 6-8 servings.


2 lbs frozen hash browns (I buy the little square has browns)
2 cups sour cream
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
grated onion and salt to taste
1/2 cup melted butter
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
parmesan cheese

Thaw potatoes slightly.
Mix all except parmesan cheese in a 9 X 13 baking dish.
Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 and 1/2 hours
Freezes well if you want to make it ahead of time.....taste like FRESH!
